I purchased this item on June 1, 2024. After only using it a few times and airing up only 3 tires, the defective air compressor started making a loud sound, then just quit working.
Additionally, the entire power starter went black, and will no longer hold a charge, nor turn on and stay on. It's a $100 paperweight! Don't waste your money!
I'm still waiting on Stanley's warranty to answer the phone. What a joke!

Broken and defective Stanley 1200 jump starter
I purchased the Stanley 1200 power station on June 1 2024 through Amazon and it's broken already after only airing up 2 tires! Absolute junk!
The air compressor should be recalled immediately. It should down the whole power station, after lound noises coming from the air compressor compartment

Battery for fatmax
It will not charge. Left on charge all night. Opened it up and discovered positive battery post and connectors had rust on them.

I contacted Stanley tools today through their pissed telephone number. I spoke with Leo, who was very professional courteous and helpful.
I am awaiting an email from him that I need to send in a picture of my electric stapler/Brad nailer because its not powerful enough to go and staple insulation.
It has a power signing on the top *** with the + by the arrow, but its still doesnt completely sink the half-inch staples so as I mentioned, I am awaiting the email that I can send back a picture of the stapler that I have since Ive already given Leo the model number TRE 550Z as well as my name and address and email. I appreciate the customer service at Stanley tools.

I have a set of Stanley black chrome sockets 1/2 3/8 14 drive and ratchets. I'm a retired mechanic and bought them because they'd be handy to take along just in case . I've used them a few times ...
They are the WORST *** I've ever had to use !!! the finish wears off with 1 little bump the sizes wear off in no time, drop one try to find it...
good luck!! Finding it. Stanley tools should be ASHAMED about making and selling this kind of garbage.!!!

One star is so overrated, I always thought the name Stanley stood for honest, quality products, made right here in the good ol' USA. Boy was I a fool for believing that load of BS.
I don't think anything is anymore.
Anyway...
I purchased a shop vac of theirs through Amazon. It worked great until the warranty was about to expire,
Then it just stopped, no warning , no indication of a problem. Absolutely nothing to indicate there were any issues with it. I flipped the switch the next day after using it the day prior and it was fine, and nothing.
When I say nothing, I mean nothing. Notta, Zero, Zilch.
No sound at all, No sucking, no blowing, nothing!!
I contacted Stanley and told them Everything I just stated here, and what do you think they done...
They ignored me, and Amazon would do nothing at all to help me get them to make it right.
But it was as if I never reached out to them, or Amazon, Nothing. It's a good thing I kept the claim number, otherwise I would be screwed.
I WILL NOT let this one go, No way. I will get a full refund or an upgraded replacement.
One way or the other, I'm getting ready now to social media blast them Best way to get any businesses attention, get as many friends as possible to share, they WILL respond they don't want to look bad in the public eye... Will keep all posted, stay away.

I love the Stanley Fatmax hoses. I have at least 8, they truly are almost kink free.
However one of the last ones I purchased separated at the female end, so it was defective.
I have contacted Stanley at least 6 times and am told that a person will contact me but they never do. I have pursued all routes I can think of but am getting nowhere.

I received an email from shopvarityfastautonow asking me to take a survey and would get a Stanley toolkit, at the of the survey they wanted $9.95 shipping and handling (I thought) I called inquiring about the toolkit in late April they told me it was a sweepstakes (news to me) the lady told me to call back in May to see if I had won. I asked if they would refund me and the lady said no problem.
Well I just called and boy what a waste of time this lady couldnt have been any ruder.
I figured I would contact you before I go on line with my story, unfortunately Stanley will be part of that.
I just thought you guys would like to know what the H_ll these guys are doing. Thanks for your time Sincerely Kevin

I bought a 3 drawer chest with Mechanics Tool Set (203 piece) for my son for his Birthday. We organized all pieces into correct drawers, only to find that 1 socket was missing a 9mm. Was so disappointing to see that the set wasn't complete especially for the price we paid for it!
